IPIAAM is participating in the On-the-Job Training Instructor (OJTI) course, organized by the African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC) through the Human Resource Development Fund (HRD), in collaboration with ICAO Global Aviation Training (GAT). The course is taking place in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, from 13 to 17 July.

This course provides On-the-Job Training Instructor (OJTI) with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to effectively conduct OJI programs in accordance with the requirements set out in ICAO Document 9941, Annex 1, and ICAO Document 9868.

Through its participation, IPIAAM reaffirms its commitment to strengthening human resources, fostering international cooperation, and promoting a safer and more efficient civil aviation sector.
